Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Stealth Range website (stealthrange.ro), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the website or make purchases.

By purchasing firearms or ammunition from Stealth Range, you certify that:
- You are at least 18 years old to purchase long guns and ammunition
- You are at least 21 years old to purchase handguns and handgun ammunition
- You are not prohibited from possessing firearms under any applicable laws
- You have not been convicted of a felony or domestic violence
- You are not under indictment for a crime punishable by imprisonment
- You are not an unlawful user of controlled substances
Products and Orders
Product Information
We strive to display accurate product information, including descriptions, specifications, and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Manufacturers may change specifications without notice.
Order Acceptance
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Orders may be cancelled if products are unavailable, pricing errors occur, or we suspect fraudulent activity.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Romanian Lei (RON) and include applicable VAT (19%). Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times and costs vary based on destination and product type. Firearms must be shipped to a licensed firearms dealer (FFL) for transfer. You are responsible for:

- Complying with all local, state, and federal laws regarding firearm possession
- Paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees for international orders
- Being present to receive deliveries that require signature

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bucharest, Romania.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our website after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
